In 2001, Jay took a decisive leap into IT, where he spearheaded the management of training software applications and databases across global Navy bases. His passion for continuous learning led to multiple software certifications, further solidifying his expertise.
Retiring from the Navy in 2016, Jay's project management acumen, validated by PMI, propelled him into pivotal roles within the Department of Defense and corporate IT sectors. These roles culminated in the birth of his brainchild, JLS Technical Solutions, an IT staffing firm driven by the same values of precision, discipline, and innovation instilled during his Navy tenure.
